　　The whole 20tpd four mill plant is composed of two parts, wheat cleaning process and wheat flour milling process. 　　1. Wheat Cleaning Section:

　　    Screening is to remove different-sized impurities (such as stones, clods, straws, dust, fine sand,etc.)

　　    Air Separator is to remove light impurities (such as shriveled grains, husks, etc.)

　　    Magnetic Separator is to remove magnetic metal impurities

　　2. Wheat Tempering
           Adding Water is to loosen the structure of the endosperm

　　    Tempering Time 18 - 24 hours is to reduce content of bran specks in the flour

　　3. Grinding and Classification
           Roller flour mill is to separate the bran and endosperm, bran grinding system to achieve the required fineness of the flour

　　4. Screening and purifying
           Plano - Screening is to used to separated out particles of different sizes through the corresponding sieves. (grade one flour, two flour and special grade)

　　    Purifying is mainly used to separate pure endosperm particles with similar sizes from endosperm particles attached to bran and improve the yield of high-quality flour.
