PROCESS OVERVIEW

　　The working principle mainly involves multiple systems and components to ensure the efficient processing of maize and the quality of maize flour.

　　Intake and pre-cleaning: Pre-cleaning is key for an efficient and safe milling process, including screening and cleaning to remove impurities and substandard particles and prepare for subsequent processing.

　　Degerming and endosperm separating: Degermination separates bran, germ and endosperm for flaking and milling. Our grain cleaners gently process the corn, neatly separating the germ, epidermis and endosperm with minimal fines.

　　Crushing and grinding system: The cleaned corn is sent to the hammer mill for initial crushing and then undergoes fine processing by the grinder to grind it into corn slurry suitable for human consumption.

　　Screening and separation system: The obtained corn flour is screened to separate particles of different thicknesses to ensure the uniformity and taste of corn flour. Purifiers improve this separation process. Cleaning reduces specks in the flour.

　　Maize flour packaging system: We offer a wide range of manual and fully automated loading and bagging systems. After ensuring that they meet relevant standards, they are packaged for storage and sales.

　　Dust removal system: Used for cleaning and dust removal to ensure food safety and clean warehouse.

　　Control system: Including the automatic feed adjustment system to maintain the optimal working state of the equipment and ensure the continuity and stability of the production process.

　　The project was executed with great care, comprising the installation of a range of advanced equipment, including maize cleaning equipment, maize degerminator, flour milling machines, and packaging equipment.
