MLGQ Series Pneumatic Rice Husker

　　The automatic pneumatic paddy husker is a machine designed to remove the outer layer (husk) of raw paddy rice using a combination of pressure and suction. It is operated using compressed air and can automatically feed, husk, and discharge rice. This machine is widely used in rice processing mills, food processing plants, and other agricultural processing industries.

　　This automatic pneumatic paddy husker machine is completely automatic controlling design. It adopts the latest double frequency conversion energy-saving control technology, low speed roller and high speed roller are driving by two frequency conversion motors and can automatically switch during working status.

　　This paddy husker machine can communicate through touch screen's man-machine interface, intelligent control, alarm for overload, showing machine's real time working condition even without staff at site.

　　1.Main function of adjusting valve of air filter intake is to maintain air pressure within the range of 0.5-0.6Mpa, which is the working pressure for separating rubber rollers and opening the cylinder of feeding door.

　　2.Air pressure regulating valve is to adjust the shelling rate through the change of pressure between rubber rollers. In the case of short grain, ideal pressure should be 0.15-0.25Mpa. In the case of medium & long grain, ideal pressure should be 0.25-0.40Mpa.

　　3.In the case of ball valve is close, cylinder will not act. Even the switch which cause air pressure difference in cylinder (pressure of putting 2 rubber rollers into contact) is on, the cylinder will also not make any actions. This function is suitable for exchanging and changing rubber rollers.

　　4.When the level indicator detects empty-load signal of the feeding bin, those two cylinders will make actions to close feeding door and separate rubber rollers.
